Chango is Spanish for monkey...and that is what this character looks and acts like. With incredible attitude in his expression, Chango is in everyone's business and doesn't care who doesn't like it. If you look at him, he wants to know what the hell you're looking at. He is always up to no good but doesn't worry because he always hangs out with BIG VATO who always backs him up.
